S2 P3SE AB / ej 2015-05-22 Title: A LID DEVICE FOR A COOLED FOOD BAR DEVICE AND A FOOD BAR DEVICE WITH SUCH A LID DEVICE TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a lid device for a food bar device according to the preamble of claim device 1. The invention also relates to such a lure device according to the preamble of claim 17. BACKGROUND In recent times, it has become more and more popular to offer fresh food, salads, fruit, vegetables, chicken but also cooked and prepared food, or so-called neck food, from what is often called a salad bar, where customers can pick and put together a meal from a number of different products that are stored in canteens or men. However, since the food products can be stored for a time in the canteens, which a fairly large number of people can pick from, the requirements for suitable and hygienic storage conditions are high. In addition, food must be stored under such conditions, and at such a temperature, that bacterial growth is prevented and the products can be kept fresh, appetizing and not enlarged or condensed in any way as a result of storage. In order to maintain a suitable temperature, e.g. Above 00 (to avoid the products freezing), but below 8 ° C, a number of different devices have been proposed. Most known devices use cooling elements under the canteens, but it is black to obtain an even temperature distribution in the food stored in the canteens, ie. throughout the canteens, regardless of the age of the food and canteens. This problem is further defended due to lure devices used to cover and protect the canteens with their contents which are often opened by customers who may have accessed the food, each time for a shorter or longer period of time. Therefore, some known devices use humidifiers to blow cold air on the products, e.g. from above, or from below or sideways towards the canteens. However, this is disadvantageous for several different reasons. Firstly, it is not good from a hygienic point of view, given that several individuals use themselves from the canteens, which means that air that is contaminated with bacteria, etc. can be bled on the food. Also other particles, e.g. dust, can be blown on food. Secondly, depending on the air flow, the food products can dry out and become enlarged, at least from an aesthetic point of view, and the products will not look fertile, which may reduce the willingness of customers to buy and consume the products. Some articles may even lose flavor and undergo unwanted claims. These factors help to shorten the period of time during which the products can be stored in the canteens, and they may need to be discarded, even though they could still have been stored for a longer period of time if the storage had taken place under normal conditions. 3 Third, it is a waste of energy to use floats that are active all the time. In addition, the difficulty of maintaining an adequate temperature throughout the contents of a canteen can lead to the production of microorganisms, which can also lead to health risks. Since, as referred to above, a lid device is generally used to protect the products in the canteens, the problems referred to above will be further accentuated, since the opening and closing of such lid devices will affect the temperature distribution. When such covers or lids are opened to give a customer access to the food products, air with a higher temperature will enter the canteens, which means that even more cooling is required. If dd fluids are used, the products will be exposed even more to cold air, and the drying effect will increase further, which means that the period of time the products can be stored in the food bar will be shortened. The opening of the lid devices, or lids, will contribute to a dnnu mnn m. temperature distribution. Lid devices used in heated food bars are fixedly hinged at the rear side of the canteens, or food bar, and when opened, rotated or rotated, about an axis at the rear, lower edge of the lid, hot air, at room temperature, will enter from the front of the food bar, and from the short sides. The more often the food bar accesses, ie. the more often the lid is opened, the greater the problems associated with maintaining an even temperature distribution will be, and the losses in cooling effect will be considerable. Another disadvantage is that lid devices or lids, which are fixedly hinged to the rear side wall, will sweep out over the tray path of the food bar when opened. This is very inconvenient for a customer, and can t.o.m. the effect that food that a customer placed in a package or similar on the tray can be hit and fall to the floor or spilled on the tray track when the customer, or another customer, opens or closes the lid. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a lure device, particularly a feedable device, and as initially referred to, by which one or more of the above problems can be solved. A special means is to provide a lid device which helps to provide a stable, even temperature distribution throughout the bar, and in the food products which are stored in a canteen or kdrl (all canteens in the bar device), and by which losses in cooling effect, due to the lid device is opened to give customers access to the food products, can be reduced in comparison with the device devices. It is also a means to provide a lid device which facilitates the maintenance of a stable, even temperature throughout the bar, even when the feed bar is accessed, i.e. The lid device, or the hood or lid, is in the open lid. Yet another means is to provide a locking device which is light and easy to handle and maneuver, to bring from an opening to a closed lid and vice versa. It is also an object to provide a lid device for a food bar which is not bulky and which does not protrude unnecessarily much, and which further does not take up much space, and which is specially designed and arranged so that it does not obstruct a customer who serves himself. sjd1v, and which does not interfere with plates or packages on a tray, whether or not in an open layer or in a closed layer, or in any intermediate layer. Another special feature is to provide a lid device which is easy to manufacture and assemble. Another means is to provide a lid device for a food bar which is easy to handle from a maintenance and cleaning point of view. Another special means is to provide a lid device which is flexible. In addition, it is a means to provide a lid device by which the need to use fluids to compensate for cooling losses due to its opening, can be reduced, or even reduced. eliminated. Therefore, a lid device is provided which exhibits the characterized properties according to claim 1. Another object of the invention is to provide a food bar device with a lid device with the gender characteristics in the first part of claim 17, by means of which one or more of the above-mentioned objects can be fulfilled. 6 A means Or also to provide a chilled food bar device of high standard especially of the kind intended for self-service, but also for other purposes, e.g. in canteens, schools or restaurants or kiosks where staff serve customers. It is also a particular object to provide a device which can be operated without, and in particular does not require, the use of fuses, or this only to a limited extent, or which can optionally be used with or without fins or with fins as an auxiliary equipment which can be activated or not. Therefore, a food bar device is provided which exhibits the characterizing properties according to claim 17. Advantageous embodiments are provided by the respective appended subclaims. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will be further described in the following, in a non-limiting manner, and with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing two lid elements arranged on a double feed bar device according to an example of one of the lids. Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the unlocking device shown in Fig. 1, showing the mounting and drive structure of the lid elements, Figs. Fig. 1 Fig. 1 which illustrates a more detailed embodiment of a drive structure for the lid device is shown in a side view. Fig. 3 with one lid element in an open bearing and the other in a rod bearing, Fig. 6 is a side view in cross section of the device shown in Fig. With both lid elements in a rod bearing, and Fig. 7 is a perspective view of the lid device according to the invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION Fig. 1 shows a lid device 110 comprising two lid elements 10A, 10B designed to be used for a food bar device 100, e.g. a salad bar, according to a first embodiment of the invention. It should be clear that a lid device 110, having two lid elements for a double-sided feed bar, does not need to be used in connection with a feed bar like the one shown in the figures, but it or they can be used at any other feed bar or the like where one or more several of the problems discussed earlier in this application exist and need to be solved, e.g. to provide a lid device which is easy to use, maintain and / or manufacture, and which helps to allow the provision of a uniform temperature distribution, which is not bulky and limits access to products in a food bar or the like. It should also be clear that the food bar or the like need not be a double-sided food bar, it could equally be a single-sided food bar, or several food bars in a row or a food bar with several adjacent, separate, lure devices, each with one or more lock element. In the exemplary embodiment shown, however, the lid elements 10A, 10B are used in connection with a food bar device 100 which comprises canteens or man-holding devices 103A, 103B designed to receive and hold a plurality of canteens or men 104 which fresh food products are to be stored. It further comprises a cooling device 200 for cooling the canteens, and being able to store the food products stored therein, for keeping the food products at a desired temperature, e.g. above 0 ° C but below 8 ° C, or mom a more specified temperature range. The holding devices 103A, 103B comprise, or are connected to, cabinets or banking devices 300 which comprise cold wells and which are designed to receive canteens or men in such a way that through the openings of the canteens or men the food becomes available to a customer from a first and a second outer side section of the holding devices 103A, 103B, and thus allows a customer to select and pick from the canteens or the man, has from two sides. The lid elements 10A, 10B are designed to thank the canteens or the man from above said that the contents are protected in periods of time between customers' access of the contents, or when filling canteens or the like. The lid elements 10A, 10B can be transferred from an open layer or an open state, in which access to the contents of the canteens is allowed. In Fig. 1, lid elements 10A are in an open layer, while lid elements 10B are in a closed layer which prevents access and protects the contents of the canteens 104 on one side of the food bar. Each lid element 10A, 10B comprises a front section 11A, 11B having a curved shape, a rear section (not shown in Fig. 1; it is specifically referred to in Fig. 7, male reference numeral 15A) and two side sections 12A1, 12A2, 12B1, 12B2 (not all are shown in Fig. 1; see also Fig. 2) connecting the respective opposite outer edges of the respective front and rear sections in such a way that two hoods or the like are formed, which have facing each other, spreading parallel to each other , substantially flat rear sections which in an assembled condition of the respective lid device are arranged vertically and form rear cradles. The edges of the first side sections 12A1, 12A2, 12B1, 12B2 which connect to, or are arranged close to, the rear sections Or are arranged vertically (in an assembled condition), while the edges which connect to the front sections run upwards, up to a low distance. the straight edges of the front and rear sections meet or are connected by a frame structure which will be discussed further below. Said rear walls, or rear sections, are in an advantageous embodiment arranged at a distance from each other so that they leave space for a cooling or cooling element 200, in particular a cooling tower, between them. The lyre spirit on the cooling element or cooling tower 200 is in some embodiments adjacent to the lyre end on a mounted lid device 100 (when the lid elements are in their closed closed layers). other embodiments, the cooling element 200, or the cooling device 110, is shaped so as to have such a height that the lyre edge of the cooling element 200 will be arranged below the layer assumed by the lyre end or the edge of the lid elements or the lid element in its closed layer (n). ). Alternatively, the cooling element or elements extend above the lid device in its closed position, also in its active part, as far as the cooling functionality is concerned, preferably terminating at the lyre end or edge of the lid device. However, it should be clear that the lid device according to the present invention can advantageously also be used regardless of the location of the cooling element. Each cover device 10A, 10B dr has been equipped with a control element 19A, 19B, e.g. a gripping element, a handle or the like, by means of which a user, e.g. a customer who wants to access the products in the canteens can bring the lid device 10A, 10B from a closed rack to an open rack and vice versa. In the embodiments shown, the sip operating elements 19A, 19B extend along the lower spirits of the front sections 11A, 11B, or more precisely said lower spirits. The operating elements can of course have any other shape or design, be arranged in different ways, as the purpose is to facilitate or enable the lid device to be opened / closed in a simple and safe manner. Preferably, the operating elements 19A, 19B are designed to extend longitudinally along the entire longitudinal side of the food bar, so that, for example, a customer in front of the food bar can open / close the lid element with ease regardless of where the customer is located. The front section 11A, 11B of a lid element 10A, 10B is preferably made of a transparent material, e.g. of which plastic material such as heist is angular. The side sections and the rear sections can according to different embodiments be made of the same material as the front section, or of some other suitable material, which can also be the same, or different, for the side sections and the rear sections. In particular, the side sections can also be made of a transparent material. To transfer a lid member 10A, 10B from a bar to an open lid, it is moved vertically between a first, lower, lid, the closed lid, (lid element 10B in Fig. 1), in which it is substantially in contact with an upper side of a holding device 103A, 103B, and prevents access to the canteens, and a second, byre, layer (lid element 10A in Fig. 1) in which access is allowed to the canteens or the like is edible. The lid elements 10A, 10B are movable between said first, rod, and said second, open, in that the lid device further comprises, or is connected to, a mounting (and driving) structure comprising guide rails in which a slide or a carriage which is mounted on the lid element can loop. In order to bring a lid element 10A, 10B from a closed ledge to an open layer, a small force must be overcome to allow it to then slide or move upwards, essentially without resistance, until it reaches the bare, open, layer. Vice versa, must a small force, which slightly Exceeds the small force referred to above for the barring operation, is overcome when it is to be moved from the Upper, open, team to the lower, barred, the team, after which it moves automatically, slowly downwards. Such opening and closing movements can be effected in various ways as will be discussed below. An advantageous embodiment is discussed with reference to Fig. 3. According to another embodiment, gas springs can be used to allow the cover elements to slide up and down in relation to a vertical mounting structure or the vertical mounting structure. The mounting structure may be provided with vertical, parallel guide rails for co-operation with the respective rear outer edges of the locking element, or the double mounting structure may be designed to receive two locking elements 10A, 10B as in Fig. 1, which can slide independently up and down by means of respective guide rails. which will be described further below. It should be clear, however, that the transfer between the open, straight, layer and the closed, lower, layer can be achieved in many different ways, the essential thing in this respect being that the lid element moves by performing a vertical translational movement between an open and a bar. lage, and does not sweep out Over the brick track during the movement. Another important feature is the provision of the first side sections 12A1, 12A2, 12B1, 12E2, and in particular of others, 13 preferably, but not necessarily, fixed or removably mountable, other side sections or additional side walls 13A1, 13A2, 13B1, 13B2 (ddr the latter are not shown in Fig. 1). Said second side sections 13A1, 13A2, 13131, 13B2 in advantageous embodiments have substantially the same, or a similar, shape as the first side sections 12A1, 12A2, but with somewhat reduced dimensions to allow the first side sections, in a closed position for the lid elements, to be arranged on the outer sides of said other side sections, at a small or minimal distance therefrom, and in such a way that said other side sections will be located closest to the canteens. Said other side sections will help maintain an even temperature distribution as they prevent cold air from escaping from the spaces above the canteens nOr the lid element Or in an opened position, and prevent hot air from entering the area. By the special arrangement of the rear sections on the roof elements near a cooling element, and that they are movable in relation thereto, so that when a lid element in an open layer, the rear section is moved upwards and exposes a larger surface on the cooling element this will thus result in a strong cooling of the canteens, and also by the implementation of the other side sections, the lid device will, to a significant extent, contribute to an even temperature distribution can be achieved in the food bar. The cooling element 200 Or in various advantageous embodiments arranged in relation to, or in, a holding device 103 in such a way that when the canteens 104 are taken up therein, each canteen rear wall, which is at a distance from an opposite 14 canteen front wall, is located near an inner side of the holding device 103 with its outer side where customer access is allowed, will be coated near the cooling element and face it, preferably over the entire surface forming the rear cradle. The holding device 103 comprises in an exemplary embodiment, to which the invention is not in any way limited, holding means intended to hold the canteens or the basket in an inclined position so that the outer, bar, spirits or side edges of the canteens will be arranged at a lower level than the opposite inner. , upper spirits, or side edges. Bottom sections in the holding device can be arranged in such a way that a distance is left between the bottom surface of the holding device, which forms a cold well, and the bottom sections of the canteens. At least a part of the cooling device will thus, in such an embodiment, be located near the outer sides of the rear walls of the canteens in a mounted position in a holding device. The lid device according to the invention can be used for such a food bar device as shown in PCT / SE2014 / 000028 with priority from Swedish patent application no. 1350368-5. In such an embodiment, a section of the cooling device protrudes above the rear edges of the rear walls of the canteens which Or placed in the holding device, while a second section of the cooling device extends downwards towards the bottom of a well or funnel in the holding device, but ends at a certain distance thence, so that it will be near essentially the entire rear cradle of the habitual canteen. In that the canteens Or are arranged in an inclined manner, outwards, downwards, away from the cooling device, and at least a part of the cooling device extends upwards above the inner upper side edges of the rear walls, and that the cooling device is divided into an upper and a lower section (which communicate ) and which are separated by a dividing plate, the cooled air surrounding the upper inner part will flow down, spread out above the canteens containing the food, depending on the dividing plate, and is thus not allowed to pass, flow, vertically to the cold well but be prevented from do this from the division field. Because the second lower section of the cooling device fills the entire rear walls of the canteens and a larger space is formed under the cooling device, air with a lower temperature will be distributed and flow towards the outer end sections, under the canteens, and cool them from below as above. In the advantageous embodiment shown in Fig. 1, the holding device 103 is designed to receive one or more rows of canteens 104, the cooling or cooling device 200 projecting in a central section of the bar device to a height which is substantially in line with the bars. the edges of rear sections or rear walls, of the cover elements 10A, 10B when these are in a closed length. If the lid device comprises only one lid element 10A or 10B, the rear section of such a lid element is the second cooling or cooling device 200. The canteens in the usual row can also in an embodiment as shown in Fig. 1 be kept in an extended inclined position, so that they form an angle of inclination between 0 and 0, preferably between 6 ° and 9 °, particularly advantageously at about 7 ° with a horizontal plane as in the above-mentioned PCT / SE2014 / 000028, or alternatively any other suitable angle of inclination, also including an angle of inclination of 00. Fig. 1 also shows a lid device 110 with two lid elements 10A, 10B, it should be clear that the lid device can have different shapes and can be divided into different sections; one for each a holding device, or a section for two or more holding devices in a row, and comprising a common mounting structure which allows separate opening and closing of the lid elements, or with separate mounting structures for each lid element, while the latter allows an even more flexible assembly of different arrangements. . The lid device 110 in Fig. 1 is arranged on a food bar device 100 with cabinets 300 provided with doors. It should be clear that this only relates to an example of a food bar with which the lid device can be used. Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the lid device 110 arranged in connection with an exemplary feed bar device 100 as in Fig. 1, with a side cradle on the cabinet in the food bar removed to partially illustrate the mounting structure 141 of the lid device 110. The mounting structure 141 includes a first mounting member 1411, called a driving mounting member, and a second mounting member 1412 (not shown in Fig. 2) disposed on an opposite outer side of the cover device. The first mounting member 1411 includes a vertically disposed dual guide rail system with a guide rail for each cover member 10A, 10B; where the guide rails are thus arranged on opposite sides of a rail post, and Or arranged to each receive a slide 142A2, 142B2 or a carriage connected to a rear frame section 121A2, 121B2 and arranged to slide up and down in the respective guide rails below opening and respective closing operations. At the upper end of the mounting structure 141, a shaft (not shown) is arranged transversely, at an outer end thereof, a double-wheel guide or carriage is arranged, which faces the rear side section or sections or sections of the respective cover elements. (not shown) around which respective ropes 131A, 131B (cf. Fig. 3) 10 via guide rollers, 14A1, 14A2, 14131, 14B2 and over a roller 17, and which, in opposite spirits, are connected to a respective spring 151A, 151B , see Fig. 3, arranged in a bracket device 18A, 18B. The springs 151A, 151B are arranged to be rotatably connected, each separately, over a pivot point to allow the opening and closing movement of the lid elements to be driven eccentrically, and thus to allow a soft closing after passage of the pivot point, and an automatic opening when passing the articulation point in the opposite direction. As an alternative to a double-wheel steering or carriage, two separate carrying carriages or guide elements can be used, one / one for each lid element. Fig. 3 is a view similar to the view in Fig. 2, but also where the front section, has doors, on the feed bar 100 are removed by illustrative shells. For similar elements, the same male reference numerals are used as in Fig. 2. In Fig. 3, the wire 131A can be seen which is connected to the first cover element 10A and which runs via guide rollers 14A1, 14A2. Fig. 3 also shows the line 131A2 which is connected to the second cover element 10B and which runs via guide rollers 14A1, 14A2. The purpose of these guide rollers is to compensate for the position of the spring and drive mechanism, which has been moved in relation to the transverse layer of the guide rails. 18 The ropes are connected to the respective springs 151A, 151B which, when a respective lid element is maneuvered, are rotated over the articulation point so that an eccentrically controlled movement for said lid element is obtained. Fig. 3 shows the spring of the spring 151A having a lid element in an open bearing, where the spring exerts a comparatively strong spring force, and the lamb having the spring 151B of the lid element 10B in a closed bearing, corresponding to a bearing in which the spring 151B exhibits a weaker spring force. Thus, a lid element can be easily opened, but when it is open, a higher spring force must be overcome to close the lid element, thereby avoiding that closing movements are inadvertently initiated when a canteen is accessed, and prevents the lid from falling down, or in any case, being closed, a customer could be damaged, or the lid damaged. Fig. 3 also shows the second mounting element 1412, which is similar to the first mounting element 1411, but which is only designed to receive the opposite carriage for a cover element in a guide rail and is not connected to any spring mechanism. In alternative embodiments, or for large lid elements, a spring and drive mechanism can be arranged on both sides. As an alternative to a spring and drive mechanism shown in Figs. 2 and 3, gas springs may be used, or any other suitable device which provides the same functionality as far as opening and closing operations are concerned. The invention is also not limited to any particular type of guide system or guide rails. Fig. 4 schematically illustrates a food bar device 100 with detached front doors and having a plurality of shelves 311, 312,313,314 and 321,322,323,324 arranged in two cabinet sections arranged side by side. Each shelf comprises two outer sections and an intermediate section, which is continued at a height in relation to the respective outer sections in order to provide space for as many canteens as possible. It should be clear that this only relates to a particular embodiment; the shelves can be of any number, shape and size heist; the cabinet can be divided into one or more sections, and it can also be food bars without any cabinet or any canteen hall function at all, or that provide any other desired functionality. If the canteens contain food products, they are preferably stored at an appropriate temperature through the cooling device, or some other separate or connected cooling system. Fig. 5 is a view of the lid device 110 in Fig. 2 seen from the side with the side wall removed. Similar elements are indicated using the same reference numerals. An engine room 400 is schematically illustrated in which e.g. an evaporator and a compressor in a cooling system may be provided and which may be in communication with the cooling device 200, which, however, only relates to an advantageous embodiment of a feed bar device in connection with which the lid device 110 according to the present invention can be used. The other side sections 13A1 (not shown in this figure), 13A2 may, according to various embodiments, be fixedly or releasably connected to either the mounting structure 1411 (not shown in this figure) 1412, or the respective mounting elements, or alternatively be fixed or detachable. connected to the food bar holder device 103. Alternatively, they may be connected to the lid elements 10A, 10B, i.e. with the inner sides of the first side sections 12A2, 12B2 of the lid elements in a sliding manner, e.g. via cooperating grooves and projections, or by other means which provide all-like functionality, and connectable by means of suitable fasteners to the feed bar device 100, e.g. to the holding device 103. Fig. 6 shows the lid device 110 mounted on a feed bar device in a similar manner as in Fig. 5, but with both lid elements 10A, 10B in a closed position. Fig. 7 is a rear view of cover member 10A comprising two front side sections 12A1, 12A2, a rear section 15A, a grip member 19A mounted in a frame structure comprising a barrel frame member 121A and two respective front and rear side frame members 121A1, 121A2. At the lower ends 122A1, 122A2, on the rear side frame elements, a respective slide 142A1, 142A2 or a carriage is arranged. Said slides 142A1, 142A2 or carriages are designed to slide in guide rails as discussed with reference to Figs. 2 and 3. The rear side frame elements end in a position which is at a distance corresponding to the length of the respective slide 142A1, 142A2 a vertical joint in its mounted condition at which distance also the rear frame section 15A ends. The height of the rear frame section in a mounted condition thereof is less than the height of the side sections 12A1, 12A2 in an advantageous embodiment, since it is designed to be mounted on a feed bar device with a cooling element extending beyond the rear section 15A, where the purpose of the shorter dimension of the height of the rear section 15A is to allow cooling by means of the cooling element. When the lid element 10A is lifted or raised to the open space, a larger area of the cooling element will be exposed or exposed, to at least to some extent compensate for the hot air entering the canteen above the lid element 10A is in an open space. Thus, a good or equivalent cooling effect will be provided regardless of whether the lid element 10A is in an open or closed position. In some embodiments, auxiliary flats (not shown) can be used to further compensate for losses in cooling when the lid elements are in an open position, e.g. at high ambient temperatures, or such fluctuations can also be implemented as an additional means. The lid device is arranged so as to leave a space above the canteens which allows air to circulate by the cooled air flowing out, (especially down depending on the inclination of the canteens 8 in certain embodiments) over the food, since cold air has a lower density. It should be clear that the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments shown, but that it can be varied in a number of ways within the scope of the appended claims. In particular, it is not limited to any particular number of lid elements, sizes and shapes of lid devices or lid elements, nor to the mounting structure or to the material used. In various embodiments, the frame structure of the lid element may consist of Al, stainless steel, an alloy with similar properties, or a plastic material.
